📦 Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns for damaged products.
Returns will be approved only if all the following conditions are met:

The product received is physically damaged or defective

A clear unboxing video is shared (mandatory)

Clear photos of the damaged product are provided

The return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
Requests without proper video and photo proof will not be accepted.

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Incorrect model selected by the customer

Minor color or design variations due to screen differences

Wear and tear after use

Orders without proper unboxing video proof

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

A ₹199 reverse shipping (RTO) charge will be deducted

This charge applies even if the return is approved

Shipping charges are non-refundable
💰 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer

If a free item was included in the order, it must be returned along with the main product

For B1G1 orders, both products must be returned for any refund

Partial returns are not accepted

Free promotional items must also be returned

All return and refund approvals are subject to inspection by our quality control team.
The brand reserves the right to accept or reject any return request if policy conditions are not met.
