1. Order Processing

 

 

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Order processing may take longer during high-volume sale periods or promotional campaigns.

 

 


 

 

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

 

 

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or operational delays.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

 

 


 

 

3. Shipping Charges

 

 

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers are valid only for forward shipping.

  • Reverse shipping charges are not included and are handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.

 

 


 

 

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

 

  • COD is available on select pin codes.

  • COD orders may be verified via call, WhatsApp, or SMS before dispatch.

  • Unverified COD orders may be cancelled at our discretion.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for the customer.

 

 


 

 

5. Failed Deliveries & RTO

 

 

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept the package:

     

    • The order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO)

    • Forward and reverse shipping costs may be deducted from any refund

     

  • Orders returned due to customer unavailability or refusal are not eligible for reshipment unless additional shipping charges are paid.

 

 


 

 

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

 

 

  • Customers are advised to record an unboxing video while opening the package.

  • If the package appears damaged or tampered, report it within 24 hours of delivery with proper video and photo proof.

  • Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.

 

 


 

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Any reshipment due to incorrect details will incur additional charges.

 

 


 

 

8. Order Tracking

 

 

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

 

 


 

 

9. International Shipping

 

 

  • Currently, we only ship within India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.
