  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or operational issues are beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier partner.

 

 

 

 

5. Returns & Refunds

 

 

  • Only damaged products are eligible for return, subject to approval.

  • A clear unboxing video and photos are mandatory for all damage claims.

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A ₹199 reverse shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days after inspection of the returned product.

  • For Buy 1 Get 1 Free orders, both items must be returned together.

  • Free promotional items must also be returned to qualify for any refund.

7. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer

 

 

  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct phone model, address, and contact details.

  • Orders placed with incorrect details are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
